Chairperson
Mr. Chettri is a social activist with 20 years of excellent development experience in different situation, culture and the society as well. He involved and promoted numbers of developmental organizations in the District East Sikkim simultaneously with our organization since last one decade and formally he has involved with YODESS in the year 2009, since inception his active participation, guidance, collaboration have help the platform come out upto a formal and professional front. Mr. Chettri having Graduation as academic and couple of development professional qualifications as other.
Vice-Chairperson
Mr. Poudyal is a graduate energetic person with positive attitude in development field. Since 2002 when YODESS formed as social as youth development organization his wholehearted contribution gave YODESS to fit in today's position of-course. He is simultaneously promoting different developmental organizations also by way of motivating and engaging enthusiastic youth forces to play role as trouble shooter against poverty and fight accordingly to bring the local resources and people up to the point of livelihood sustainability. This founder member of YODESS achieved remarkable acceptance & appreciation from the community towards his outstanding effort to the society though his participatory approach all the way in development sector.
Joint Secretary
Mr. Gurung is more or less involved with YODESS from the year of its formation. With his Journalism cum Social Work profession achieving a leading ability as youth development and to shoot chronic poverty of disadvantaged section. Since completion of his graduation he always encourage and partly involved with YODESS activities voluntarily, after long six years of relationship, he could not wait to involve with it formally and the General Body selected him as Joint Secretary based on his approach and commendable voluntary contribution in socio - economic development steps of YODESS.

Mr. Gurung is and enthusiastic social activist, whose first step in the morning starts with social works. With almost two decades of experience towards development practice, he initiated to form a platform like YODESS and consequently after completion of first year of its activation, he brought proud to the organization by achieving NATIONAL YOUTH AWARD from the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, GOVT. OF INDIA in the year 2003 - 04. He is a famous capacity builder in the state of Sikkim for many existing and upcoming organizations working in the field of social reform and development. As another achievement in the year 2006 he had been selected by GOVT. OF INDIA to participate in the 18th SHIP FOR WORLD YOUTH PROGRAM organized by GOVT. OF JAPAN based on his extraordinary works for promotion of youth/women force in development field and down to earth nature.
