Youth Development Society of Sikkim (YODESS)

YODESS is a non – profit making, nonpolitical, secular and developmental oriented non government grass root organization established with joint hand effort of ten enthusiasm youth / women from different parts of the state of Sikkim with their different developmental key excellence profile. It had been formally registered under Societies Act 1860 in the year 2006. With the initiative to sustain the platform created as facilitator for the society, YODESS always realizes that the NGOs role should be professional as systematic as distinct, so that the key developmental inputs as holistic approach for economic empowerment can be run by the society itself with the concept by the people, for the people and of the people.

Fellowship Program 
If you have a few months of free time after college, between jobs or you are interested to check out how it is to work for a non-profit, then this is the program for you. 
Fellowships are suitable for, dynamic young people capable of straddling multiple responsibilities.

Internship & Fellowship
Full/part time, willing to work flexible hours and on weekend.
We will provide you a certificate at the end of the engagement.
